They were referring to Flower Power and Blue Dalmatian, the new color schemes available in the mid-range 500MHz iMac and high-end 600MHz model introduced at this week's show in Chiba, Japan.

Compatible systems include slot-loading iMac G3’s clocked at 350 – 450MHz, as well as iMac G3 systems running at 500MHz excluding Apple’s “Flower Power” and “Blue Dalmatian” models.

Yet, after the bright blue iMac G3 launched in 1998, Apple knew it could never go back to the old way of doing things. And thus, the Blue and White Power Mac G3 was born in January 1999.
