More than 50 “No Kings” protests planned across Colorado on Saturday are anticipated to bring thousands of people peacefully demonstrating against the Trump administration’s policies.

The “No Kings” rally, organized by the Clear Creek Democrats, included both Republicans and Democrats who oppose Trump’s leadership and the direction the country has headed. Demonstrators held signs and American flags and celebrated the Constitution and a welcoming attitude toward immigrants.

Tens of thousands of Coloradans showed up to 60 rallies statewide, in a show of opposition to Trump Administration.

Across the country, millions are participating in another round of 'No Kings' protests aimed at the current Trump

The second “No Kings” protest in four months is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday in America the Beautiful Park in opposition to what some are characterizing as increasingly authoritarian practices by President Donald Trump.

Organizers estimated 20,000 people attended the first “No Kings” protest in Denver last June and anticipate at least 12,000 to join Saturday.

Thousands are in attendance and the Fort Collins "No Kings" protest is underway. The No Kings II Day protest, a sequel to a June 14 event, is billed by organizers as a peaceful rally for democracy and against authoritarian rule. It's taking place near Old Town, at Civic Center Park.
