The Chargers had the ball to start the second quarter, and they wasted little time adding to their lead as they got a 3-yard touchdown run from Kimani Vidal to extend their lead to 14-0 just two minutes into the second quarter.
To make matters worse, the Chargers ruled out running back Hassan Haskins against the Vikings due to a hamstring injury. The only healthy running back on the active roster was 2024 sixth-round pick Kimani Vidal.
