SAN FRANCISCO ( KRON) – Pat Farrell, a 72-year-old nun from San Francisco, is preparing to compete in her first powerlifting competition this Saturday.

Taneal Mitchell, an amateur powerlifter started her career in her late 40's has a dream of representing SA in the Amateur World Powerlifting Champs.
