Dell sells one but it's not even close to the the Prices you listed above and probably does the same thing. I have ones that have an Optiplex hole on the back so i can put a system behind the monitor.
You should also double-check the VESA sizing of your TV, and ensure the wall mount is compatible. VESA mount sizes correspond to the distance between the bolt connector holes on the rear of your TV.
