Thundercat Lounge will bring '80s and '90s pop culture to a downtown Phoenix Art Deco club named for an '80s cartoon. Here's when the bar opens.

We grew up watching Star Wars, Pee-Wee’s Playhouse, and Saved by the Bell. Our first jobs were at the mall. From our very first concept as “Barteurs,” we always wanted to open an 80s-themed bar.

Hollywood's Piano Bar is closing its doors after a seven-year run. In a former iteration of the bar, The Piano Bar was a "seedy" dive (per the bar's website ) that had come into existence in 2000.
