The second of the two to make the rivals top 300 list is Wide Receiver Dyzier Carter. Carter was on the list during the first go around, being placed at No. 216. He has moved up as well, finding his way into the top 200 at No. 184. He, like Collier, has let strong camp performances speak for themselves as he moves his way up the boards.

Despite a strong debut last fall, Rutgers quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis is flying under the radar to start 2025.
