King of Fighters XV Adds Omega Rugal As Free DLC In April. The infamous final boss of several King of Fighters games, Omega Rugal, is ready to throw down once again.

Rugal Bernstein is the original boss of King of Fighters who started the tradition of SNK bosses. He was an unfairly difficult boss that read player inputs to know their moves before they even did it.
