CLEVELAND, Ohio - A 14-year-old boy died after he was accidentally shot Tuesday night on the city’s East Side.

SAPD has confirmed they have arrested Avelino Lopez. He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The men were shot outside a house in the 3000 block of Congress Avenue on Tuesday evening.

Police are on the scene of a crash involving a shuttle bus near the Denver International Airport on Tuesday morning.
