An American flag that once flew over the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, was raised in Sea Isle City on Monday.

Over 125 families and hundreds of supporters gathered at the Wildwoods Convention Center on Friday to honor veterans who have died by forming a chain of American flags in remembrance.
