On the "Insert" tab, click "Object" under the "Text" group. Type of the name of the file in the "Insert Object" window that appears or locate the file on your computer by pressing the "Browse" button.

Use the Insert Object Function Start Word and open the document to which you want to add a spreadsheet. Select the "Insert" tab and click the "Object" drop-down arrow in the Text group.
