Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle provided a big update on the injury status of Myles Turner after he suffered a head injury against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Pacers center Myles Turner was hit in the face in the first quarter of Thursday's win over the Clippers at Intuit Dome and had to leave the game. He was evaluated for a concussion and did not return to the game.

Myles Turner, who plays as the center/power forward for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association, sustained a head injury during a game against the Los Angeles Clippers. He subsequently left the court and didn’t return until the game concluded with a 119-112 victory for the Pacers,
