B AKERSFIELD, Calif. — Moo Creamery, renowned for its juicy burgers and homemade ice cream, is set to relocate from its current spot off Truxtun Avenue to downtown Bakersfield after 17 years.

Jessica Pounds opened her diner, Moo Creamery, in Bakersfield, California during the 2008 economic recession. She was twenty-six years old and gave every penny she had to the restaurant.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Moo Creamery, a local restaurant and ice cream shop, said it was told by the Kern County Public Health Department to shut down dine-in options just hours after reopening.
