Dallas Cowboys superstar Micah Parsons offered an emotional note of appreciation to his hometown of Harrisbugh, PA at his high school jersey retirement ceremony.

After that, the Harrisburg’s mayoral office, represented by Mischelle Moyer, and the Dauphin County commissioners, presented Parsons with a proclamation declaring July 15 “Micah Parsons Day.”
