PHOENIX — The Department of Corrections will reopen a shuttered prison in Douglas to deal with the fact that women are being locked up at a higher rate than before.

But the three Republicans running in District 7 tried to separate themselves from each other — including through personal barbs — despite sharing ardent support for the president on issues.
