This is the classic Lipton onion dip made with just 2 ingredients: Lipton onion soup mix and sour cream. This appetizer is perfect for parties.

That was the fancy version, but otherwise we made onion dip with Lipton soup mix and sour cream. If there wasn't one already made in the fridge, someone made it when they got home from work or school.

Simply mix a packet of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix with a 16 oz. container of sour cream. I find this dip is best the next day, so let it chill in the fridge overnight before serving.
