The Red Sox have announced that First Baseman Triston Casas has had a successful surgery to repair his left patellar tendon.

Boston Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas today underwent a successful left patellar tendon repair. The procedure was performed by Dr. Eric Berkson at Massachusetts General Hospital.
