More than 360,000 pounds of turkey bacon products were pulled from shelves because they may contain listeria bacteria.

(Reuters) -Packaged food maker Kraft Heinz is recalling about 367,812 pounds of Oscar Mayer turkey bacon following concerns that the products may be contaminated with Listeria bacteria, the U.S. food safety regulator said on Wednesday.

Local residents should check their fridge and freezer for Kraft Heinz Foods turkey bacon as it’s been recalled because of potential Listeria monocytogenes. These items should be returned to the store they were purchased from or thrown away.
