Henderson Police Department (HPD) Deputy Chief Jonathan Boucher has retired after 22 years, according to an email sent to the department by acting Chief Anthony Branchini.

Sources tell FOX5 Henderson Deputy Chief Jonathan Boucher was given an ultimatum to resign or be let go, a similar ultimatum was given to former Chief Hollie Chadwick back in February.

Jonathan Boucher’s last day was June 19, a city spokesperson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The news comes weeks after he was reportedly given an ultimatum to resign or be fired.
