Jacari Maddox, a Jackson-Olin High School graduate and father of four, was found dead about 7:30 a.m. on Oakmont Street near Slayden Avenue. "He didn't deserve this,'' said his cousin, Ashley Maddox.

Jacari was one of two teenagers killed over the weekend in Roanoke. Two other young men were also injured in three separate shootings. “Let’s put a stop to this,” added Castillo.
