Health insurance policies entitle policyholders to a free medical check-up once every four years. Most policyholders know about it. Still, say experts, not more than 20-25% of them go for it.

The health check-up could be availed only in the network of the insurer, understandably so. However, there was neither a single hospital in that list nor any well-known national chain of laboratories.
