Debbie Avoux-Davis created “Tropical Harmony,” a mural that will be displayed near the live entertainment stage and dance floor at Laguna Art-A-Fair during its summer show.

The new mural, dubbed “Shore Vibes” is currently being installed on the east wall of 5025 E. Second St., a building currently occupied by upscale secondhand clothing shop 2nd Street USA.
