1. Place marshmallows and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute on high; stir until mixed well. Continue microwaving 1 minute more; stir again.

Method. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C). Melt the butter and the chocolate together. Combine the eggs, egg yolk and sugar together in a mixing bowl and beat for three minutes, until light and fluffy.
