Technique Camp, June 29-July 2 Grades 6-12 The Technique Camp will concentrate on instruction, drilling, and live wrestling for beginning to advanced wrestlers in grades 6-12 .

These are separate camps; you must choose either Track and Field or Cross Country and Distance Running. The ratio of campers to staff varies between 10-to-1 and 8-to-1.
