Palm Bay police this week made an arrest in connection with a 16-year-old homicide case after investigators located and apprehended Luis Colon in Puerto Rico.

Luis Colon was arrested in Puerto Rico for the 2009 murder of Sailly Cervantes-Femenias. A 2013 grand jury indicted Colon for the shooting death in front of the victim's apartment.
