Boutique developer Alchemi Group has slashed the price of grand townhouses and flats at its Leinster Square scheme on the cusp of Notting Hill and Bayswater.

A Staffordshire Police spokeswoman said: "We have received a call advising there is suspicious activity involving a male trying car door handles in Bayswater Square.
