In the 47 years since, those stickers have become an important part of the experience of opening a new Apple device. It’s really not surprising that the change is bittersweet for a lot of people.

Apple Stores, however, are receiving shipments with a limited quantity of Apple logo stickers that can be distributed to customers who buy a new iPad Pro or iPad Air, but only upon request.

Until now, iPhone packaging has come with an 'Apple logo sticker,' but 9to5Mac, which handles Apple-related news, reports that this will no longer be the case with the iPhone 16 series.

It's a decent bet that Apple has surely sold over 100 million Macs since the original, and every Mac had two stickers. In 2021, AppleInsider reported that Apple had then sold two billion iPhones .

Apple has been including Apple logo stickers in its products since 1977 with the Apple II, so this is a pretty significant change. However, this change also seems a little inconsistent so far.
