An angler spent 45 minutes off the coast of North Carolina reeling in a fish as his buddies kept hauling in their catches, making comments about how long it was taking him.

Rochester, N.Y. — Arlene Stephens, owner of Arlene's Costumes, died Tuesday at age 90, the store announced in a release Wednesday. Stephens founded the shop with her mother 69 years ago.
