In 2017/18, the most recent full school year, 6.4% of half-day sessions were missed by pupils at Abraham Moss Community School. Nationally, primary school pupils missed 4% of half-day sessions.

A post, put on the school's website, said: "Abraham Moss Community School will be closed on Friday, February 28 to carry out urgent electrical work that will leave the school without electrical power.
