The cake topper on Marie and Tom Hartz’s 50th anniversary cake is the same one that topped the cake on their wedding day 50 years ago.

On Thursday, April 11, Drew Barrymore, who’s one of PEOPLE’s 50th Anniversary cover stars, unveiled the cake on her show alongside PEOPLE Editor-in-Chief Wendy Naugle.
