The Oklahoma City Thunder are sitting with the best record in the Western Conference and in the month of Janurary, Isaiah Joe is heating up. The sharpshooter is coming into form at the right time, highlighted by his big night against the Nets.

Joe, a 2020 second-round draft pick, joined the Thunder after being released just before the 2022-23 season and is averaging 8.8 points for the West's best team.
