Several media outlets reported Tuesday morning that Fland, who shined for the Razorbacks as a freshman (13.5 points per game, 5.1 assists) despite missing 15 games with a thumb injury, had pledged to UF, potentially giving the Gators another daunting backcourt in 2025-26.

Arkansas transfer Boogie Fland has committed to Florida basketball, according to a report by ESPN's Shams Charania. Fland, a 6-foot-2-inch guard out of the Bronx, New York, is on an official visit with the Gators after recently withdrawing from the 2025 NBA draft and entering the transfer portal.

Fresh off winning a national title last month, Florida is loading up in an attempt to repeat next season by adding Boogie Fland in the transfer portal.
