Carey and U.S. Olympic teammate Jordan Chiles were named as one of the four duos to be honored with one-of-a-kind Barbie dolls celebrating the importance of female friendship, just in time for International Women's Day this week on March 8.
Chiles and Carey competed together at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where Team USA took home gold medals in the women’s artistic all-around category. Additionally, Barbie has tapped actresses and real-life besties Hannah Waddingham and Juno Temple to receive their own dolls, who model miniature red carpet-worthy gowns.
Mattel announced on Tuesday that Barbie will be releasing a line dedicated to four famous friendship duos who strive to empower and uplift one another.
