ZANESVILLE ‒ A runaway inmate from the Muskingum County Jail, along with a female accomplice, were found and arrested Monday night. Wayne Samuel Pletcher of Zanesville and Sara E. Moore were both apprehended without incident, the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office announced. Both were booked into the county jail early this morning.
