The BriefSpaceX is set to launch SES's O3b mPOWER 9 and 10 satellites Tuesday evening from Cape Canaveral during a two-hour window opening at 5:12 p.m. ET. The mission will use a Falcon 9 rocket, with a booster making its sixth flight and targeting a droneship landing in the Atlantic.
