Inter Miami is set to return to MLS action this weekend as they take on the LA Galaxy, the MLS champions. The game will be played at Chase Stadium and will be the Herons' last MLS game before returning to Leagues Cup action next week.

Lionel Messi returned from injury for Inter Miami to chants of “Messi! Messi! Messi!” in a 3-1 win over the the LA Galaxy on Saturday.

Messi made his injury return, scoring a game-deciding goal in the 84th minute, Jordi Alba (43’) and Luis Suarez (89’) also scored goals, and Inter Miami beat the defending MLS Cup champion L.A. Galaxy 3-1 at Chase Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 16.
