The Dallas Cowboys have been rolling offensively in 2025. A huge reason for that, and it’s no surprise to anyone, is the play of quarterback Dak Prescott who is second in the NFL with 1,881 passing yards. Last week, he got his No. 1 option back in All-Pro wide receiver CeeDee Lamb who posted 110 yards on five receptions and a touchdown.

Over the four games Lamb missed, Pickens totaled over 420 yards and caught five receiving touchdowns. And once Lamb returned this past Sunday, they co-existed beautifully. Lamb raced out to a five-catch, 110 yard and a TD first-half performance. Pickens settled in with four receptions for 82 yards while drawing a 37-yard DPI on Marshon Lattimore.

With Dak Prescott already at the top of the QB salary charts and CeeDee Lamb signed to a lucrative four-year, $136 million extension, adding a receiver in the $30 million+ per year range would push the Cowboys’ committed offensive spending to historic highs.

While the Cowboys WR is fourth in the league with 607 receiving yards, he’s making a key impact in a different way this season.
