New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye made a strong statement on the new cornerback duo of Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis.

The Patriots' top pick was offensive tackle Will Campbell, which should not come as much of a surprise to anyone who watched New England's offensive line play last year. Campbell was generally viewed as the top offensive lineman in the 2025 draft class (his short arms notwithstanding),

Maye also praised Diggs’ work ethic, and loves how the receiver is not afraid to ask questions about certain plays. The Patriots quarterback appreciates the communication, and feels he’s better for it. “He’s seen a lot of different things, played a long time in this league,” Maye said. “It’s been great for me.”
