Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard confirmed that they have referred former President Obama and members of his administration to the Department of Justice for possible criminal charges when asked by Emly Jashinksky at Wednesday's WH briefing.

Gabbard’s comments come amid the declassification of a trove of documents from the U.S. intelligence community that claim the Obama administration politicized intelligence.

The director of national intelligence called it the “most egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence in American history.”
