The Viceroy Residences Clearwater Beach, set to open in late 2027, will be the first condo to rise on the beach in over a decade. The condos will range from $2.5 million to $12 million.

A unit in the Residences at Sand Pearl Resort on Clearwater Beach sold for $9.5 million on Thursday, according to a media release from real estate firm Smith & Associates.
