Early Tuesday afternoon, law enforcement officers raided numerous locations across Spokane in an operation dubbed “Red Light” to crack down on prostitution in local massage parlors.

SPOKANE -- Authorities executed search warrants at several area massage parlors in attempt to crack down on prostitution Tuesday morning.

In response, the Spokane Valley City Council is considering revisions to the ordinance, including additional business license regulations and making violations a criminal offense.
