The helicopter pilot who spun wildly out of and crashed at a California beach was a daredevil influencer known for his death-defying air stunts.

Mike Love became overcome with emotion during a tribute to late Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson at a concert in Napa on Sunday, Oct. 12. Wilson died in June at 82.

The Myrtle Beach Fire Department said that flooding has been reported in the area of 68th Avenue North on Ocean Boulevard, with parts of the boulevard being flooded between 62nd Avenue North and up into the 70s.
