St. Ambrose’s memorial is Dec. 7. He was one of the four original doctors of the Church, and he baptized St. Augustine. He also had perhaps the strangest life story of any of the Church Fathers!

At St. Ambrose, Bluder compiled a record of 169-36 in six seasons from 1984 to 1990, taking the Fighting Bees to four consecutive NAIA national tournaments and two straight NAIA Final Fours.
