A man was arrested early Thursday morning on South Saunders Street near Interstate 40 in Raleigh following a chase and a crash.

At 6-foot-6 and 270 pounds, he has a lot of size and athleticism and has 18 programs on his offer sheet. On Thursday, Saunders received an offer from Oklahoma.
