PHILADELPHIA -- There was a time, Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley said, when he would see clips of Derrick Henry running hills or Christian McCaffrey working out and feel compelled to spring into action to keep pace, thinking, "I've got to go."

Two of the Eagles' three losses last season came in games when the star running back was held under 100 yards, but Jalen Hurts and the rest of the offense proved late in the season that they, too, can be lethal when the opposing teams focus on shutting down Barkley.

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley created a stir with recent retirement comments comparing himself to Barry Sanders. He later walked those comments back.
