A raft of LIV golfers have committed to playing in a brand-new tour event on one of the Saudi-backed circuit's off weeks.

They have played the British Open together the last two years. Niemann became the first player since Ryo Ishikawa of Japan in 2012 and 2013 to receive the special invitation in consecutive years.
