CLEVELAND, Ohio – Ready-to-eat chicken-sausage products have been recalled because of potential contamination with foreign material, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

In recent months, Costco has recalled nearly a dozen products due to safety or health risks. These recalls affect items sold directly in Costco stores and through Costco Next, a program offering special prices on brand items.

Tuna salad sold at Albertsons, Randalls and Tom Thumb stores is being recalled due to listeria concerns. The items were sold in Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Costco accepts most returns without time limits, though there are some exceptions. Electronics have a 90-day return window. Cigarettes and alcohol may not be returned where it’s against the law. Airline and live performance event items, ticket items, precious metals, Shop Cards and gift cards are not returnable.

Wiet Peeters Farm Products and LLK Trading Inc. both recalled mushroom products that were sold in Michigan, Ohio and New York, according to the Food and Drug Administration.
