Princess Charlotte is celebrating her 10th birthday today, with many royal fans no doubt thinking back to the moment the princess’ birth was announced a decade ago. Prince William and Princess Kate welcomed their only daughter into the world on May 2, 2015, at 8.34 am in the morning.

Charlotte, the second child and only daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton, was born at 8:34 a.m. on May 2, 2015 at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, according to The Royal Family. She’s currently third in line to the British throne behind her father and brother, Prince George, who turns 12 in July.
