The lease was renewed after the owner of Regal Cinemas announced the company has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Cineworld, the parent company of Regal Cinemas, filed for bankruptcy in Sept. 2022.

A new Regal movie theater will open on March 21 at Concourse Plaza, nearly a year after the Multiplex location shut its doors. The 10-screen theater will have reclining seats and surround-sound.
