(KOKI) - The oldest living survivor of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre has a brand new smile. Viola Fletcher, also known as “Mother Fletcher,” just turned 111 years old.
Fletcher was 7 years old in 1921 when a deadly and shameful race riot broke out in Tulsa, Oklahoma, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of Black people over the span of 18 hours.
